This process clears and removes redundant ancestral patterns passed down through the generations that may sometimes be known, but can also be things that are unknown and really confusing or problematic. This can create an unnecessary feeling or experience of stuckness, heaviness or particular issues in your life that do not let you move beyond a certain threshold.
